This was my spaghetti bali style or something. The portions were to big and the food was so so

Gino's Recipe

Beef Carpaccio, nothing to shout about as the mustard that was supposed to be on the beef as stated in the menu was missing and the beef slices were to thick

 Am loving this traditional chicken paella. The rice was fluffy and had great flavour.

Bonda's steak. She says it was nice.

Weekday outing with Aries

We have not been able to do this since we were married.

An outing on a weekday.

Why can I do this on a weekday? Because I am on leave until the end of the week...

Weekend Wacky

I forgot to update what happened last weekend! Gasp

Anyways, me and Aries decided to go at night last weekend and have a special night out.

So we stayed home during the day and spent some quality time with 'not so' little Airiel.

And then after Maghrib, Aries took me out. 'Somewhere special' he said.

I was super excited!! It turns out he wanted to take to me to the Ampang Look Out Point...but we sort of got lost..heheh

Thanks to Google Maps, we actually got there..but there was just too many people. We could not even park. Frustrated, we left.

Tapi perut laparla pulak..so drive sini sana cari tempat makan..Ended up in Victoria Station hehe..

Aries' oysters

My steak which was so big, I couldn't finish it..I can't remember the name but it had peppercorns in it. Suka!!

This was Aries punya rib-eye..tapi belum sempat tangkap gambo, it was gone!! Hehe

We went to the newly opened Empire Shopping Gallery on Sunday. It's quite a cozy place jugakla...There's Chilli's, Italiannes, Rakuzen and even Tarbush there.

Tapi tak sempat sgt nak round. Went to Subang Parade to shop sakan..and then home to Airiel...

This weekend nak shopping cari belt..and I want to buy my full SKII set. It works wonders for me. Will update on the exact changes to my skin in about another weeks time. 

In laws

My sis in law registered for her masters last Sunday..so the in laws came.

We went and took them out for lunch at Penang village

This is the 2 styled garoupa- one side was steamed while the other was deep fried..I don't eat fish so I would not know how it tastes..but Aries says it was yummy

Nini is 4 months pregnant at the moment tapi semangat amik masters with a daughter already on her hands.. she has no maid and her husband works on a ship, gone usually 3 months at a time..fuuhh..mmg I respect her. Diri sendiri mungkin tak sanggup berusaha mcm dia ni.

And last but not least (sebagai selingan) aksi comel little Airiel happy makan biskut.

Weekend happenings

So it was a fun, shopping filled weekend..me and Aries splurged a bit and bought some toys for little Airiel...

Initially wanted to go to curve on friday, but the jam was so bad we decided to just go to tropicana mall instead. Watched bodyguards and assasins, which I sort of liked, only the bad part was that everybody..and I mean everybody died..how tragic..

We ate at Penang Village, and the food was nice..I'll let the pics do the talking..

The Tom yam was to die for, we chose 'creamy chicken tom yam' and just look at the way it was served.. yummy

This was their oyster omelette, we thought it was undercooked and did not like it as much

On Saturday, we did go to the curve..as i needed a new pair jeans.. there were too many people and as a result, my OCDness came out..I was super uncomfortable..we ate at Pho Hoa, our favourite restaurant which we often patronize at tropicana but was also in the curve as well. No pics of that..

Anyways..my leave begins today..I'm so happy about that..but on the other end..I got so many errands to run..

After our return from Baling ..we managed to squeeze in a dinner ... just Aries and me..

We were too tired to go far..and there was this new restaurant "E-San Thai" in Ara Damansara that opened just a couple of months back..so we decided to check it out.

So we were really happy when our drinks came

Has it been 2 years already?

It has been 2 years on 30.11.2009 that me and Aries have been married.

Wow..time flies..

Life is so much more meaningful with Aries and lil Airiel in my life. Things are not easy as Aries is just so far away there in JB..but rather than be grumbling about things I cannot change, I shall instead be grateful that we are what we are..and only we know what trials and tribulations we have been through..

As busy parents who can only spend time together during weekends..it was sort of hard to squeeze the time to spend some 'us' time. Most of the available time we have when Airiel is asleep, we'd rather be asleep ourselves than go out anywhere hehe..

But during the weekend, we took some time out and went for dinner at San Francisco steakhouse in Tropicana City Mall, our favourite haunt for the moment.

We did see New Moon and i liked the movie but did not really love it...It was so-so..One thing though..the chemistry between Bella and Edward seems authentic..translating to real life perhaps? Hehe

Friday's the day

Not a lot of updates lately..

Been really busy with work..

Last week I flew down to JB *gasp* to sign off for Aries. He bought a car *winks*. So congrats on your new ride babe..

Coming back to JB, was at Jusco Tebrau to watch a movie 'Public Enemies' which is loosely based on the life of notorious robber "John Dillinger". It was alright..it was Aries' kind of movie, not really mine..anyways..apparently my beloved Blackie was broken into and guess what they took? My luggage bag of all things..we actually had a tabung placed in the car which was full of cash to bring to the bank later..and it was in plain sight ok? But they left that apparently..

Humphh..habis cermin belakang belah tepi pecah..cehhh..this was around 4.30 in the evening..my flight was at 7...after making police report semua...jumpa polis and all..we reached the airport at 6.30..I ran for dear life to the counter to check in..skali diorg reject..I was traumatised..called Aries who was on his way back already..anyway..he came back..and guess what..since dia DPP lah konon, diorg boleh plak bagi aku check in..

Three words "WTF?"

Its amazing how these things get you places..how positions in life can make people treat you differently...

Sungguh menyampah..

Weekend updates

Last week was Airiel's akikah..he was so well behaved. Dia tido je. And dan pandai posing..siap senyum bila photographer agah dia..photos siap dlm 2 minggu lagi..will post it up bila dah siap..


The week before, me and Aries had a free photoshoot at KLCC in conjunction with the launching of Giorgio Armani's new fragrance, Armani Extreme..pics are down below..

Not the best time of year for me..too many upsetting incidents berlaku..I don't want to overtly elaborate mcm setengah-setengah fellow bloggers yg lain..I just think its too much to put stuff in you blog like that sometimes..we cannot think kita ni betul aje all the time..sometimes kita tak fikir perkara buruk yg terjadi kat kita tu, maybe kita play a part jugak..ntah..sigh
