Blue and Sparkly!

I promised didn't I? Ok, ok, Huda my bestie is going to know that this is totally out of character because I absolutely hate jewelry. But I have to say since I got pregnant, I have been obsessed with everything sparkly, much to Aries' dismay. I mean, I hate shopping for everything else, but I LOVE looking at jewels!

Who would have thought!

Anyways to make me happy, Aries bought me a blue sparkly for my birthday and our upcoming anniversary in November.

Coincidentally, the above ring is set similar to Kate Middleton's ring! hahaha... I so feel like a princess now.

Anyways, Aries long overdue present for his birthday (which I think is combined with our upcoming anniversary lah senang)  I  managed to buy it this weekend. It took so long to get him one because he is so darn picky. His birthday was way back in March.

Early anniversary present....

I am currently blogging from my Iphone. Airiel rosakkan mackie (my beloved macbook) so its currently at an apple hospital... sob sob. Nenda plak tgh pakai spare laptop so I can't use it plak. Sigh...

But not having my laptop has given me perspective...I am currently reading a book, something I have stopped doing since Airiel was born...and it feels great..

That said, this post is actually for Aries... so here goes.

Aries, I know our 3rd anniversary is still 8 days away, but it falls on a Tuesday and I have a trial on that day and won't be able to come down to celebrate. I know you have a very busy schedule too. So we won't be able to celebrate the night you promised my father that you would take care of me for the rest of my life, the night you took an oath before God to take me as your wife.

I thought of surprising you much later, tp dah kebetulan masuk kedai, so apa salahnye kan?

Airiel pun masuk gamba sekali..hehe

Has it been 2 years already?

It has been 2 years on 30.11.2009 that me and Aries have been married.

Wow..time flies..

Life is so much more meaningful with Aries and lil Airiel in my life. Things are not easy as Aries is just so far away there in JB..but rather than be grumbling about things I cannot change, I shall instead be grateful that we are what we are..and only we know what trials and tribulations we have been through..

As busy parents who can only spend time together during weekends..it was sort of hard to squeeze the time to spend some 'us' time. Most of the available time we have when Airiel is asleep, we'd rather be asleep ourselves than go out anywhere hehe..

But during the weekend, we took some time out and went for dinner at San Francisco steakhouse in Tropicana City Mall, our favourite haunt for the moment.

We did see New Moon and i liked the movie but did not really love it...It was so-so..One thing though..the chemistry between Bella and Edward seems authentic..translating to real life perhaps? Hehe
